  • Ice water immersion experience

  • Post-plunge session for processing the experience and strategic implementation of life changes

Individual Coaching Packages

Includes:

  • Zoom sessions before the plunge

  • In-person breath work & ice water immersion

  • Zoom session afterward for integration

  • 6 Sessions – $1,200

  • 3 Sessions – $750

  • Single Session – $300/hr
